Hey! I’m Chelsea Cagle. I built Alchemy Babes Boudoir with a mission to promote self love & empowerment for women. From birth we are conditioned to serve our families, keep quiet, thin & obedient. I am so grateful that I wasn’t born with the gene for compliance and I am not a servant, quiet, thin and especially not obedient.

You may not comply, but there is still an internal battle every single day and their words will echo through your mind if you allow them to. “Should you really eat that?” “You are not going anywhere dressed like that! Do you want people to think you’re a slut?!”

You’ll think things like….

I struggled with self worth for most of life, but I never stopped searching for the keys to contentment. My weight has always fluctuated from stress, having babies and battling depression. I remember so vividly googling “How to be happy.” because I was not. I was manipulated, beaten, shamed, ridiculed, threatened, gas lighted & lied about. I hated my body. I hated where I was at in life. I’ve never fit in socially. I hated me.

Today, through many trials and errors and set backs, I am living a life that many people told me was impossible to achieve. I’m grateful for whatever runs in my blood that won’t allow me to succumb to control that some would like to have over me and my mind.

And I’m here to teach other women how to break through those barriers of self doubt, abuse, manipulation, societal pressure etc. and love your mother fuckin’ self.
