Sexy Things You Have in Your Closet Right Now!
If you don’t know own lingerie and don’t know what to buy, fear not. You have items in your closet RIGHT NOW that you can wear for your boudoir session.
White T-Shirt - You cannot go wrong with a white t-shirt cropped, long, cut off sleeves, holes it doesn’t matter. Add some water to the mix and you are really cooking with gas. Any body type, age, sexuality can rock the white t for their session.
Long sleeve button down. I prefer solid color button downs. I feel like plaid, especially plaid with a lot of bright colors is just too distracting but we can also make them black and white if you don’t have anything else. I have some in the client closet as well. Long sleeve button downs are great to use to show off the things we love about our bodies and draw attention away from the things we don’t necessarily love. Any body type can rock a long sleeve button down.
Cut off denim shorts - The more holes and the shorter the better! High waisted shorts are best for hiding tummies, which is the number one insecurity I work with.
Black bra & panty set. Most of us have a decent, lacey black bra and panty set, which is perfect for classic boudoir or to layer with a button down or white t-shirt.
Nude. Don’t bother with the closet, just do the whole session totally nude! I personally prefer photos of myself nude. I think clothes are uncomfortable so, if I feel comfortable with whoever is taking my photo, I feel more comfortable nude just because I don’t like the restriction of clothing.
Nude, but with pearls. Do I really need to explain this?
A necktie. Another option would be a necktie and heels.
Your most sexy dress. Take photos of you taking it off.
Flags, scarves, hats, musical instruments, miscellaneous items that mean something to you or to whom you are gifting the photos.
Your favorite outfit. If you have an outfit you really love, you could do a sort of story line photos starting in your favorite outfit and undressing or you could use the session as 100% non sexual, wear all of your favorite outfits and no lingerie at all.
